The Problem

Enterprises are adopting AI faster
than they can govern it.

AI agents, copilots, and models are multiplying across every business unit and cloud — much of it shadow AI leadership can't see. Regulators and boards now hold executives personally accountable, yet AI risk, cost, and quality stay scattered across security tools, cloud bills, and spreadsheets.

"What AI are we actually running?"
No inventory, no ownership, no visibility into the agents and models spreading across teams, business units, and clouds.
"Is it safe and compliant?"
New attack surfaces — prompt injection, data leakage, shadow AI — and a wall of regulation with no way to prove control.
"What does it cost — is it worth it?"
AI spend scattered across providers and business units, untracked and unattributed to the value it actually delivers.
"Can we prove it to an auditor?"
Evidence trapped in disconnected tools, so every audit becomes weeks of manual screenshotting and reconciliation.

AI Pulse answers all four — one read-only assurance platform that unifies risk, cost, and compliance across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud, live in hours.

A lens for every leader

Six executives. One source of truth.

Every leader sees the AI estate through their own lens — the same underlying data, surfaced as the decisions that matter to their role. No dashboards to build, no analysts to brief.

Azure. AWS. Hybrid.
One unified governance layer.

AI Pulse is purpose-built for enterprises operating across multiple cloud environments. Whether your AI workloads run on Azure, AWS, or span both, a single assurance layer governs them with live telemetry from each side.

Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Governance
Live

Most enterprises do not operate on a single cloud. AI workloads are distributed — Azure OpenAI and Foundry for language workflows, Bedrock and SageMaker for AWS-native AI, and private workloads for sensitive data. AI Pulse normalises those signals into one governance layer so your board sees one coherent picture regardless of where the AI runs.

Unified Asset Registry
Discover and catalogue AI systems across Azure, AWS, and on-premises in a single searchable inventory
Cross-Cloud Cost Rollup
Aggregate AI spend across providers by business unit, project, or risk tier — no manual reconciliation
Framework-Agnostic Compliance
Apply GDPR, EU AI Act, MAS TRM, and other frameworks uniformly across workloads regardless of cloud origin
Single Incident Timeline
Security incidents and anomalies from Microsoft security tooling and AWS services correlated into one executive view
Deployment Options

Deploy where your data lives.
No new infrastructure required.

AI Pulse connects to your existing cloud environment using Azure managed identity and read-only AWS IAM roles — no new agents, no data pipelines, no credentials stored in the platform.

Azure-Native
Azure Container Apps
Run directly in your Azure tenant as a Container App. Managed Identity authentication — no secrets, no service principals required. Data never leaves your subscription boundary.
AWS-Connected
AWS Telemetry Integration
Connect AI Pulse to your AWS environment with read-only IAM roles so Bedrock, SageMaker, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, and cost telemetry flow into the same executive assurance platform.
Hybrid
Multi-Cloud Deployment
A single AI Pulse instance can federate signals from Azure subscriptions, AWS accounts, and multiple regions. Normalised data models surface unified governance metrics regardless of where workloads run.
Authentication model
Azure Managed Identity • AWS IAM Roles • No stored credentials • Principle of least privilege • Read-only access scopes
Data residency
All signals are processed within your cloud environment. No AI asset data, telemetry, or compliance evidence is transmitted to third-party servers.
What You'll Need

Works with what you already run.

AI Pulse observes your existing Microsoft and AWS estate — it doesn't deploy AI for you. The more of the stack you've connected, the richer your dashboards. At onboarding, a live preflight shows exactly what's connected and what each source unlocks.

Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Azure prerequisites
  • Azure subscription + read-only access — Reader & Cost Management Reader, via Managed Identity (no secrets, no write access)
  • To get value: at least one Azure AI service — Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Azure ML
  • For full coverage: Defender for Cloud / Defender for AI, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, Azure Cost Management, Azure Monitor / App Insights / Log Analytics, Purview (optional)
Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services prerequisites
  • AWS account + read-only access — a scoped cross-account IAM role (no keys stored)
  • To get value: at least one AWS AI service — Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker
  • For full coverage: Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, Macie, AWS Config, Cost Explorer / Budgets, CloudWatch
No source yet? Every widget shows an honest "not connected" state with a one-click guide to enable it — AI Pulse never invents a number to fill a gap. Some sources (Defender, Sentinel, Purview) are paid Microsoft add-ons; AI Pulse uses them only if you already have them.
How It Works

Operational in hours. Not months.

AI Pulse connects to your existing cloud environment using read-only permissions. No new infrastructure, no data migration, no lengthy implementation programme.

01
Connect your cloud environment
Assign read-only Managed Identity for Azure and read-only IAM Role access for AWS. AI Pulse begins discovery immediately with no agents or configuration files required.
02
AI systems are discovered automatically
Resource Graph and AWS Organizations scan for AI Foundry, Bedrock, SageMaker, Cognitive Services, and custom ML endpoints across all accounts and regions.
03
Classify, tag, and attest
Assign risk tiers under EU AI Act, enable applicable compliance frameworks, and complete governance attestations. Changes propagate to all executive dashboards immediately.
04
Board-level intelligence, continuously
Each CxO receives a purpose-built view with full data provenance. Every metric shows its source — live API, calculated value, or configuration input.

Common Questions

Questions, answered.

What data does AI Pulse read from my cloud?
AI Pulse reads resource metadata, configuration state, security signals, and cost telemetry — not the content of your AI conversations or user data. On Azure it uses read-only Managed Identity (Reader + Cost Management Reader). On AWS it uses a scoped read-only IAM role. No credentials are stored in the platform and no data leaves your cloud boundary.
Is AI Pulse read-only? Can it change anything in my environment?
Completely read-only. AI Pulse observes and surfaces — it holds zero write access to your cloud resources. Every remediation action remains in your native Azure, AWS, ITSM, or DevOps tooling. There are no agents deployed into your workloads and no data pipelines to maintain.
What are the minimum prerequisites to get started?
For Azure: one subscription, read-only Managed Identity access, and at least one Azure AI service (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Azure ML). For AWS: one account, a scoped read-only IAM role, and Bedrock or SageMaker. At onboarding a live preflight shows exactly which signals are connected and what each unlocks — AI Pulse never invents a number for an unconnected source.
How long does it take to go live?
Hours, not months. Grant read-only access and AI Pulse discovers your AI estate, classifies risk, maps your enabled compliance frameworks, and populates every executive dashboard immediately — no implementation programme, no data migration, no agents to deploy. See full FAQ →
