Data Deletion Instructions

When you connect your social media accounts to SYLVA, we store OAuth access tokens and basic profile information (display name, account ID) to enable automated content posting on your behalf.
You can request complete deletion of your data at any time using either of the methods below.
Method 1 — Disconnect via Your Social Platform
Revoking SYLVA's access through your social media platform automatically invalidates all tokens we hold. Your data will be purged from our systems within 30 days.
- TikTok: Profile → Settings → Privacy → Apps that can access your data → find SYLVA → Revoke access
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Security → Apps and websites → find SYLVA → Remove
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access → find SYLVA → Remove access
Method 2 — Email Request
Send a deletion request directly to us and we will remove all data associated with your account within 30 days.

Include: the phone number or email address associated with your SYLVA account
What Gets Deleted
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for all connected platforms
- Social media account IDs and display names
- Content drafts and posting history associated with your account
- WhatsApp contact number and conversation history
- Any other personal data tied to your account
What We Retain
We may retain anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you, and records required by law for financial compliance purposes (up to 5 years as required by Singapore law).
